By accessing or using the Toku-Toku service, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms below. Please read them carefully before using the service.
Acceptance of Terms
By using Toku-Toku, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use our service.
Service Description
Toku-Toku provides Japanese learning material, vocabulary flashcards, and quiz practice aligned with the Tokutei Ginou syllabus. The service may be updated, expanded, or adjusted from time to time.
User Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
Subscription & Payment
The Free plan is available at no cost. Paid plans can be purchased as a one-time payment for 1 or 3 months of Premium access. Access expires at the end of the purchased period, and you can extend or renew it at any time. Paid plans do not renew automatically; no recurring charges are made to your payment method.
Content & Intellectual Property
All material, text, illustrations, and interface within Toku-Toku are protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, or modify content without our written permission.
Prohibited Use
Misusing the service, pirating material, using someone else's account, or using Toku-Toku for unlawful activities that harm other users is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Toku-Toku does not guarantee passing the exam or any specific outcome. The service is provided "as is" without any implied warranties.
Refunds
Paid plans are one-time purchases. Because access is provided immediately upon payment, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If a payment is refunded for any reason, Premium access for the affected period will be revoked.
Children & Minors
The service is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under 13, you may not create an account. If you are a minor, please use the service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve concerns amicably. If a dispute arises, please contact us first. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be resolved in accordance with the governing law above.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may also stop using the service at any time.
Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Changes will be announced through the app or email and take effect once announced.
